• Strategia is continuing to work with An Post on further extension to the Automation strategy intended to increase productivity in the current challenging markets.
• Strategia is pleased to announce it has started on a research project with the internationally known UK based work foundation on the development of Employee –Centric Flexibility models which we believe will be the next frontier of Postal Productivity. We will publish a research paper in the autumn and intend to host a workshop in the New Year.
• Strategia consultants have started a specialist service focusing on the implementation of the new postcode - Eircode - in Ireland. For more details please see Eircode-Implementation.net.
• Strategia is delighted to have seen very positive press reaction to the announcement of the formal launch of the DX secure mail product. Strategia supported the development of the business idea and wish them and their technology partner Egress every success with the business.
• Adrian King will be at Post Expo where he will present his paper on mobile technology and postal productivity and chair one of the session on Automation.
